LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
I’m a psychologist highly trained in child development and parenting who became a parent and learned much, much more.
It’s easy to talk about the research and best strategies. It’s much harder to make them work in real, chaotic family life. I strive to share with you what should work and figure out how to make it work for your child and family.
Like any good parent, I run on lukewarm coffee, a couple of hours of sleep, and sunny days where I can get out of my pandemic hideaway.
I find such joy in parenthood and am always trying to find that perfect blend of work-life balance that people say exists.
From the time our child is a thing we hope for, we have dreams for who and what they will one day become.
Realizing there may be some detours along that path, or a new destination altogether, is one of the most difficult things to endure as a parent. It can be crushing.
In working with your family, I go on that journey with you.
I work to help discover what is causing challenges for your child and family. Then, we work closely with your community to put the best supports in place so we all feel better about the path life put us on.
